Permits and Regulations
Most of the areas we work in fall under CSRD (Columbia-Shuswap Regional District) rules. We know these regulations inside and out because we deal with them on every project. Whether you need a septic permit, excavation approval, or anything else, we'll walk you through what's needed and help with the paperwork.
Outside Our Usual Area?
Don't see your community listed? Give us a call anyway. We work throughout the CSRD, and if you're in that area, chances are we can help you out.
We regularly take on projects a bit farther out of our comfort zone. So, if you're not sure whether we service your area, just ask. At the very least, we can usually point you to a reputable excavation company close to you.
Emergency Response
Real emergencies don't wait for business hours, and neither do we.
If you've got a genuine emergency—septic failure, flooding, landslide (we're talking about situations that need immediate attention, not just "I'd like this done soon" projects) — we'll respond anywhere in our service area.

How Quickly Can We Get There?
Here's the thing about response times: it's not really about how far you are from us. Travel time across our service across our service area is usually pretty minimal. Loading up the excavator and getting everything we'll need for your project organized takes the majority of time. So our response time really comes down to how much we need to prep.
